Where iMechanic BD provides you with an option in the user interface of any service, or where you actually use the services, you understand and agree that iMechanic BD will regard your continued use from that point forward as acceptance of these terms. If (a) you are not of legal age to form a contractual agreement with iMechanic BD, or (b) you are a person barred from accessing the services under the laws of Bangladesh, you may not use the services or accept these terms.

You agree that you are responsible for protecting the confidentiality of any account you use to access our services, and that you are solely responsible for all activities occurring on your account. You agree to notify iMechanic BD immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or account.

The site contains information, data, software, photographs, graphics, videos, text, images, typefaces, sounds, and other material ("content") protected by copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights. All content is copyrighted as a collective work under Bangladeshi copyright law, and we own the copyright in selecting, coordinating, arranging, and enhancing such content. While we try to keep all information fully accurate, small mistakes may occasionally occur. You may not modify, remove, delete, publish, transmit, sell, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content in whole or in part. Where no specific restriction is displayed, you may copy select portions for personal, informational, non-commercial use only, without altering the content or removing any notices. Use of any software content is additionally governed by its accompanying software license agreement, if any. Online pricing and offers are valid for online customers only.

Our IT and cyber security team works continuously to protect your privacy and our platform from hacking and data breaches using up-to-date technology. However, even major companies get hacked, and iMechanic BD may occasionally be compromised or experience downtime. We will work to recover as quickly as possible, but we are not liable for any harm, data loss, or failed transactions that occur during such an event.

iMechanic BD is our trademark and service mark. All other trademarks, product names, company names, and logos appearing on the site remain the property of their respective owners.

We take no responsibility for payments received due to your negligence or false information, and we are unable to refund such payments. Please contact our support channels for help before an action is completed.

You must select a payment method for any purchase, and we are authorized to charge you through that method or our billing agents. Online payments (cards or mobile banking) are processed through a payment gateway that redirects you securely to your bank's website via API — we do not store any confidential payment data, and we are not responsible for transaction faults or able to offer refunds for them. You are responsible for all charges made under your account, including by family, friends, or anyone else who uses it. Any billing discrepancy must be reported within three (3) days of appearing on your bank or payment statement; issues raised after this period cannot be assisted with. If an order is cancelled, payment is refunded via the original payment gateway within 14 working days or more (refunds are not made in cash), and the gateway transaction fee is deducted from the refunded amount.

iMechanic BD reserves the right to request valid proof of identity at the time of delivery. Failure to provide this to iMechanic BD or its delivery partners may result in cancellation of the order. Customers purchasing gift products must also include proof of identification.

Estimated delivery time is 1–15 days from the date of purchase, and may take longer if a product is out of stock. Shipping charges apply unless clearly stated otherwise. Most items are dispatched through trusted courier partners such as RedX, Paperfly, Sundarban, and S.A. Paribahan within 24–72 working hours after payment is cleared. Deliveries are made on weekdays only — not on weekends, holidays, or after office hours. iMechanic BD reserves the right to cancel an order under any circumstance, and shipping/handling fees are non-refundable. Before purchasing a display or battery, you should complete a diagnostic checkup of your device or confirm the actual issue so we can send the correct product. If you'd like the product to be covered under warranty, please review our warranty policy first, then bring the display/battery along with your device to our service center, or send it to us by courier at your own cost and risk.

Warranty is provided on select products. Before making a claim, please check our warranty policy to confirm your product is eligible. If it is, we're happy to honor the warranty — claims must be completed in person at one of our branches.

A valid proof of purchase, including the original product box, is required. The product must be in stock before a warranty replacement can be issued. Service work may take anywhere from a few days up to two weeks depending on the product, and in some cases up to a maximum of 30 days. The product must not be physically damaged or broken — warranty does not cover accidental damage such as scratches, stains, or dents, and becomes void immediately if the product is modified or serviced by anyone other than iMechanic BD. Warranty also does not apply to damage caused by improper handling or failure to follow the provided user guides.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any legal discrepancy or dispute will be heard exclusively in the courts of Bangladesh.

Data on your device — such as photos, messages, and contacts — may be lost during the repair process. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge this risk, and iMechanic BD will not be held responsible for any data loss. Please back up your device at your own risk before repair.

We take every reasonable precaution while repairing your device, but in rare cases an unrelated issue may arise unexpectedly during the process. iMechanic BD will not be held responsible for this kind of uncertain, accidental issue.
