At iMechanic BD, we stand behind the quality of our repair services and selected spare parts. Please read the following warranty terms carefully before making a claim. Warranty is applicable only to eligible products and services and is subject to the conditions outlined below.
iMechanic BD offers you a 30 days service warranty policy. If the same issue reoccurs within thirty (30) days after repair, we will fix the problem free of charge. If we are unable to resolve the issue, we will refund the service amount you originally paid. The repair warranty applies only to the specific issue that was previously serviced — it does not cover new or unrelated problems.
Display spare parts are covered under limited warranty conditions. However, the warranty will be void if the display shows signs of accidental or physical damage, including but not limited to broken glass, liquid damage, burn marks, dead pixels, color lines, blank screen, blinking screen, or any visible external damage. In case of approved warranty replacement, display assembly charges will apply, and the replacement process may take a minimum of seventy-two (72) hours depending on product availability and testing requirements.
Battery warranty does not cover liquid damage, short circuits, swelling caused by misuse, or battery health issues resulting from improper usage. If you are not satisfied with the battery backup under normal usage conditions, we will provide warranty support after proper testing. For approved warranty replacements, battery assembly charges will apply, and the replacement process may take at least seventy-two (72) hours.
iMechanic BD offers a same day service policy. In rare situations, service delivery may be delayed due to spare parts unavailability, software complications, supplier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will inform customers accordingly in such cases.
iMechanic BD requests customers to collect their devices within two (2) months after service completion. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to items that remain unclaimed after this period. Any warranty claim must be made within the mentioned time, and the warranty will be considered void if the original invoice is lost, damaged, or not presented at the time of claim.
iMechanic BD reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Warranty Policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review this page periodically.
Service warranty is valid for 30 days after repair.
Physical or liquid damage voids display and battery warranty.
Approved replacements may take at least 72 hours.
Collect your device within 2 months of service completion.
Original invoice is required to make a warranty claim.
This Warranty Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our services.
